Fencing since 1989 in foil, épée and sabre. President of Trekanten Fencing, coach since 2018, and two-time Danish champion in men’s team sabre.

The piste: 14 metres, en-garde lines 2 m either side of centre, warning zones in the last 2 m before each rear limit.

On the strip

Teaching youth and adults from age 9. Classes three times a week, focused on workout, basic athletic ability and core fencing skills. Certified Athletic Coach Level 2.

Trekanten Fencing

A Copenhagen fencing club for children, youth and adults. As president I lead governance, strategy, finances and partnerships — working with members, parents, the municipality and the national federation.

Federation & events

Dansk Fægte-Forbund

Special advisor on the federation’s digitalisation project (2019–2020), and organiser of the senior national championships in 2022 and 2026. As the club’s event manager I also ran an international World Cup competition with fencers from 20 nations.
